  • Yes, our space is limited and we need to plan our appointments in a way that when you bring your items we have space to put them out for sale right away.

  • The pick up date on your item list is the last day your items are eligible for commission. You will not receive a commission on the sale of items sold beyond that date. Please call or email us to request a pick up. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours to have your items ready for pick up.

  • Items that do not sell and do not get picked up will be donated.

  • Allow up to 30 minutes per appointment. It is often faster but if you are bringing in a lot or we have customers checking out the appointment may take a bit longer. Make sure your items are folded in bags (paper bags or reusable bags are best), not on hangers, trash bags or suitcases.

  • Please remember our space is small and we have to limit certain items at times. Make sure they are stain and odor free, free or pet hair, no rips or pulls.

  • Absolutely! Our mailing adress is 14 Dock Square Rockport, MA 01966.

    Please fill our and sign our consignment agreement. Any items we cannot keep for consignment will be donated. If you are unsure of certain items feel free to reach out and send us photos. Items that do not sell will not be shipped back, they would be donated or picked up in person.
